Mission Statement

The Tennessee Art Therapy Association (TATA) was formed on September 13, 1993. TATA was begun in response to the following perceived needs of its first members: the need for personal support, the need for professional developement, the need for peer supervision, the need for increased awareness of new trends/developments in the filed of art therapy, and the need for a stucture/organization to promote awareness of Art Therapy as a valuable part of the mental health field in the state of Tennessee.

Dear AATA chapter contact,

I hope you have recently visited the 2007 Conference website at
www.arttherapy.org/conference. The full schedule for this year's
event is now available...and online registration is, too.

I am attaching a promotional piece for your distribution, in case you
are able to email it to your membership, or publish it in a printed
or electronic Newsletter. I also have a slightly different full color
version, too.

If there is anything else I can help with regarding this year's
exciting conference in New Mexico, just email me at this address.

C U @ ABQ,

Barry M. Cohen, ATR-BC
Conference Manager
